At present 5 photo-optical sorting machines with up to 12 cameras are available for 100% quality control and inspection. The machines can attain a throughput of up to 800 parts per minute, depending on the number of criteria to be checked. This ensures that the customer receives products which are as free from fault and foreign parts as possible to guarantee a trouble-free production process.
