Otto Bauckhage GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run midcap company with its main focus on stamping and forming technology. Our customers both at home and abroad are primarily to be found in the automotive supply and electrical sector as well as in the nut and screw industry. The company was founded in 1953 by Otto Bauckhage and was in family ownership until 2002. On 01.01.2003 MrDietmar Schöttler and Ms Heike Schäfer joined the company as managing partners and took over 100% of the company as of 01.01.2009. On 31.12.2017 Mr Schöttler left the company to enjoy his well-earned retirement, so that from 01.01.2018 Ms Schäfer has been the sole shareholder and managing director. The structure typical of a medium-sized company, with approx. 40 employees, provides Otto Bauckhage GmbH & Co. KG with the flexibility required to produce both small quantities and large volumes in serial production, thereby guaranteeing fast and reliable order processing. Our quality management system fulfils the standards of the automotive industry in accordance with both IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 90001:2015 and is certified accordingly.

Therefore, it is the policy of our company to consistently and continually improve all our products and production and organisation processes. We achieve this by applying our core competences, namely technical innovation, development of production and testing technology, supply management and logistics: a symbiosis of experience, progress and vision. We have made a conscious decision to place sustainability and environmental protection on an equal footing with the economic and social interests of the company.
