Production

At present parts are produced on 9 automatic punching presses with forces ranging from 200 kN to 3200 kN.  Stroke rates of between 30 and 400 strokes per minute are possible. Production is in two shifts. Materials of up 300 mm in width and material thicknesses of up to 6.0 mm can be processed. 

Following materials are processed:

• hot-rolled strip
• cold strip
• stainless steel
• non-ferrous metals
